A few years back one of my college friends came to visit me from Arkansas during the summer for a weekend.  I was trying to decide where to take him.  There were plenty of outdoor festivals happening at the time.  I was telling how we didn’t need to goto this event or that event for one reason or the another.  He stopped me as I was complaining and told me that everyone in Chicago is spoiled and that we have to many choices for events and places to go.  He told me come to Forest City, Ark and see just how many events you have to choose from LOL.

This gave me the idea to build WhatsGoodChicago.com. There is always something exciting to see or attend in the Chicago area no matter the time of year.  WhatsGoodChicago is a blog network dedicated to food, fun, drinks, events and entertainment.
